Sánchez Marcos: Director of www.culturahistorica.es Email: fsanchezmarcos@gmail.com Biographic Profile Fernando Sánchez Marcos (Ávila, 1943) is Professor of Modern History at the University of Barcelona (UB) and Joint director of the Master’s degree in Historical Culture and Communication (Cultura històrica i Comunicació) at the same University. He is a member of The International Commission on Theory and History of Historiography (del CICH), in whose bureau he took part from 1990 to 1999. He contributed to impel the birth (in 1980) of Pedralbes. Revista d’Història Moderna. He was Vice-chairperson of the Fundación Española de Historia Moderna. Among his publications stand out Invitación a la Historia: La historiografía, de Heródoto a Voltaire, a través de sus textos (2002, 3 ed.) and Historia de la historiografía española (2004, 2 ed., co-author), besides other books and numerous contributions in academic journals. |

Sánchez Costa: Webmaster of www.culturahistorica.es Email: enriquesancos@gmail.com Biographic Profile Enrique Sánchez Costa (Barcelona, 1985) is Associate Professor of Philosophy of Education at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. He is Liberal Arts graduate (2007) at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), where he founded the Associació Thomas More (atmo) to promote culture among university students. He is Master of Comparative Literature (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) and is a PhD student at UPF working on a thesis entitled "The Revival of Catholicism in the Modern European Literature". He has published several articles on Spanish and French literature and on cinema in academic journals. |
